What happens if you can't come after all?

Cancellation
conditions

Up to 3 months before departure free of charge (we reserve the right to charge a processing fee in any case).
Up to 1 month before departure: 40% of the total travel price
Up to 1 week before departure: 70% of the total travel price
In the last week before departure: 90% of the total travel price
Deposits will be converted into a voucher in the event of a cancellation free of charge. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

General terms and conditions in the Austrian Hotel Contract terms apply (ÖHV).

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee at any time.
