    From January 1, 2025, the local tax will increase to € 3.90 per day and person.
    (Overnight stays by persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 15 are not subject to this tax).

What happens if you can't come after all?

Cancellation
conditions

  • Up to 3 months before departure free of charge (we reserve the right to charge a processing fee in any case).

  • Up to 1 month before departure: 40% of the total travel price

  • Up to 1 week before departure: 70% of the total travel price

  • In the last week before departure: 90% of the total travel price

  • Deposits will be converted into a voucher in the event of a cancellation free of charge. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

General terms and conditions in the Austrian Hotel Contract terms apply (ÖHV). 

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee at any time.
